What Does Lockhart Realty Group Offer?

At Lockhart Realty Group, you will have 24/7 direct access to broker support for any questions or concerns you may have about different aspects of real estate whether it be working with buyers, sellers or finding and filling out documents.

At times, the brokerage will receive calls to the office about listings provided by our company. If that lead is from YOUR listing, the lead will come directly to YOU. There are no fees for receiving a lead from the brokerage. 

Lockhart Realty Group, LLC is a privately owned company local to Corbin, KY. You will not be charged any franchise fees when closing a transaction with our real estate company. There are also no desk fees because we feel your real estate career can mostly be done from your computer or electronic device in your own home.  If you do need an office for meeting clients or closings, we have a brick and mortar office in an easily accessible area free to use by our agents. Each agent gets their own key so they can come and go at their convenience. We feel this lets our agents keep more of their hard earned commission.

Lockhart Realty Group, LLC. is a member with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Bluegrass REALTORS®. Our associates may become a member of Bluegrass REALTORS® to receive full REALTOR® member benefits. Our agents also have access to the MLS, ShowingTime and multiple forms in the Dotloop system.
