Commission Splits
At Lockhart Realty Group, we are committed to helping you get the pay you deserve. We pride ourselves on being one of the highest paying brokerages in the state of Kentucky.
If you are an experienced real estate professional, with 2+ years of experience, we are offering you a 90% commission split, minus a transaction fee of $125 per transaction.
**Dual Agency counts as 2 transactions.
If you are a newer real estate professional, with less than 2 years of experience, we are offering you an 80% commission split.
If you have an active listing and a lead comes in from that listing, it will be sent to you. Our policy is YOUR listing , YOUR lead. Whichever commission split you are hired under is the commission split for leads sent to you by the brokerage. There are no hidden fees or strings attached.
